{Cinnamon Rolls}

These are the best right out of the oven with all the gooey frosting all over them...MMM!

Dough
1/4 oz package yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 egg
3 1/2-4 cups flour

Filling
1/2 cups melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs cinnamon

Glaze
4 tbs butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3-6 tbs hot water

In a small bowl desolve the yeast in warm water. In a large bowl mix the milk, sugar, melted butter, salt and egg. Add 2 cups flour. Mix until smooth. Add the yeast and mix in the remaining flour until the dough is easy to handle. Knead for 5 minutes and place in a well greased bowl and cover and let rise until its doubled in size. About 1 hour. Roll out on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread melted butter all over and mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle that all over. Roll it up and cut. Place in a dish with melted butter on the bottom and a little more cinnamon and sugar sprinkled. Let rise for about 1 more hour. Then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. ENJOY!
