{Grilled Rosemary Chicken}

Grilling chicken is just a whole new experience, it just tastes so fresh and delicious!

















5-6 chicken breasts
2 shallots, chopped
1 Tbs chopped garlic
Juice of 2 lemons
2 Tbs chopped chives
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cups olive oil
2 Tbs dijon mustard
1 Tbs dried rosemary

Combine all the ingredients and pour over chicken, marinade for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
