{Heath Bits Peanut Butter Cookies}

I pretty much love any Peanut Butter Cookie...But this one is the best...yep pretty sure!














1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs milk
1 Tbs vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup heath bits

Heat oven to 375 degrees

Beat the shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined. Add egg, beat until blended. Combine flour, soda, salt and gradually beat into the wet mixture. Stir in 1 cup heath bits. Reserve rest for topping.
Drop by heaping spoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet, top each with heath bits and bake 6-7 minutes
