{Panko Crusted Chicken}

This chicken goes good with ANYTHING. Pasta, potatoes, veggies...you name it. It's super easy and so yummy.

2-4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 Cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 cup flour
1/3 Cup canola oil

Pat the chicken so its dry. In 3 different shallow bowls or on 3 different plates, first combine the garlic powder and italian seasoning with the bread crumbs and mix well. Dip the chicken breast in the flour first then the egg and finally the panko mixture. Coat both sides well. Heat the canola oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken about 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Flip carefully to keep the crumbs on.
