{Chicken with a lemon sauce served over noodles}

I found this recipe on a food website and it is really good, I have made it for a few people and it is always a hit! Lots of yummy flavor!

4 Skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbs butter
1 small onion, chopped
5 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1 clove garlic
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
1 Tbs butter
2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Melt one tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it turns white on the outside. Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until the onion begins to turn clear. Pour in just enough italian dressing to coat the chicken mixture, then add 1 tbs lemon juice. Cover and reduce the heat to low and simmer while you make the sauce.
Combine cream of chicken soup with milk in a sauce pan over medium heat. Heat through but do not allow to boil. When the sauce is heated through add 4 tbs lemon juice to that and season with salt and pepper to taste. The sauce should be shiny and smooth.
Cook the noodles until done, drain. Mix the sauce and noodles together and serve with the chicken.
