{Pear Cobbler}

My sister made this at our going away BBQ, and I must say I prefer this over Peach Cobbler for sure!! It is so yummy, and it was gone in a matter of minutes!

6 pears sliced and peeled
3 Tbs cinnamon
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cube butter, melted

In a 9x13 inch cake dish place sliced pears at the bottom of dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
In a large bowl mix flour, white sugar and baking powder, add the beaten egg and mix. Spread the flour mixture over pears. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the flour and then pour the melted better all over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
