{Homemade Mac and Cheese}

This is the best "Comfort Food" type dish. It goes great with any green salad, its wonderful for left overs. And its hard to go back to store bought Mac and Cheese after eating this.
















12 ounces of egg noodles
Butter to grease the dish
2 cups heavy cream
2 1/2 cups whole milk
2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 pepper
2 cups grated fontina cheese
3/4 cups parmesan cheese
2/4 cups mozzarella cheese
2 tbs fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Butter a 9x13 in glass dish. Cook noodles about 5 minutes. whisk the cream, milk, flour, 1/2 tsp salt and the pepper in a bowl. Stir in 1 cup of fontina cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan, and 1/2 cup mozzarella and fresh parsley. Add noodles and toss it all to coat. Transfer to a baking dish. Mix together the remaining cheeses and sprinkle on the top. Bake until cheese is all melted, about 20-25 minutes.
